Our application utilizes YouTube API Services to verify artist authenticity. By using our application, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

You maintain control over your data and can revoke access at any time via Google Security Settings.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard SSL encryption and utilize secure servers to ensure your data remains protected against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Digital Contracts & Retention

For legal, tax, and audit compliance, data associated with signed contracts (including IP address, timestamp, and social ID) is stored securely. This data cannot be immediately deleted even if the contract has expired, to protect legitimate legal interests.

6. Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. However, this right is strictly subject to legal obligations regarding contract history.

Eligibility Requirement

You may request complete data deletion only if you do not have any ACTIVE legal contracts with BANGLA MUSIC 007.

If you have ever signed a digital contract with us, we are legally required to retain your identity data for a period of 5 Years from the date of contract expiration for tax and audit purposes.
