• The data recorded (IP address, Social ID, Timestamp) serves as a valid audit trail for the agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users/artists), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bangla Music 007 and its licensors.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following unauthorized purposes:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law.
• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To generate fake streams or manipulate YouTube statistics.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Bangla Music 007, an employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

6. Purchases & Merchandise

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
